Extreme Makeover: Conveyor Edition

Bunting Magnetics (Newton, KS) developed a new design for its cross-belt conveyor product line. The new design features an improved magnetic deep-reach circuit and tramp metal deflector to help increase belt protection. It also has a new wing design that seals the edge of the belt and keeps tramp metal from snapping to the side of the conveyor frame, or getting under the belt. The new design also features a heavy-box stainless steel frame surrounding the magnet for added protection.
