Pittsburgh, PA – Lewis-Goetz and Co. Inc. recently announced that it acquires the assets of EVCO House of Hose and Industrial Rubber & Supply.
EVCO is a distributor of industrial and hydraulic hose, and it is based in Sandy, Utah.
Based in northern Alabama, Industrial Rubber & Supply distributes gaskets, hose assemblies, and seals.
Terms of the two deals were not disclosed.
