BRECKSVILLE, OH — Elgin Fastener Group has announced the recent transition of Pete Chojnacki to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
In his new role, Chojnacki will contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing plans for growth and success. Working from EFG’s corporate office in Brecksville, Ohio, Pete will engage new national accounts, ensure current customers’ needs and expectations are met, manage the sales & customer care teams, and driving national marketing efforts for future success.
Chojnacki brings over 20 years of experience as a sales & marketing executive to EFG, having spent his time serving in key management roles with FabTech LLC, GED Integrated Solutions, and MSC Industrial Supply. Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and speech communications from Indiana University, and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Along with this change, EFG would like to welcome Mike Melaragno as Director of Inside Sales & Customer Service. His responsibilities will include managing all inside sales, customer service, and engineering functions for EFG’s cold headed products division.
Throughout his career, Melaragno has held several customer service and product management positions, most recently from Graftech International, Carlisle Brake & Friction (Wellman Products Group) and Day-Glo Corporation where he was instrumental in developing customer engagement initiatives for driving growth. Mike earned his bachelors of international management degree from John Carroll University.
