LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — Herley Industries Inc., which provides microwave communications systems and other technology, said Thursday that it received a $3.4 million award from the U.S. Navy to work on aircraft landing systems.
The company will provide microwave-based systems used to guide aircraft landing on aircraft carriers. The latest award is the fifth on a five-year contract awarded to Herley.
Shares added a penny to $15.32 in afternoon trading.
