The Xuron® Model 9200ASF Micro-Shear® Flush Cutter is ESD safe and features a tapered head for reaching into tight spaces on PCBs and includes a lead retainer to prevent flying leads. Equipped with static dissipative hand grips, this precision cutter is made from highly alloyed steel and employs by-pass shear action cutting to produce clean, square cuts without spikes. Easier to squeeze than compression-style cutters, the Xuron Model 9200ASF Micro-Shear Flush Cutter conforms to ANSI/ESD.S20.20 and DOD-HDBK-263 specifications. The alloyed steel cutting edges are hardened to Rc 56-58 and the static-safe hand grips exhibit 106-109 ohms surface resistivity.
