Metals Distributor Ryerson Acquires Fanello Industries

Industrial metals distributor Ryerson has acquired Lavonia, GA-based Fanello Industries, a processor and service provider supplying blanking, stamping, laser cutting, bending and machining solutions in the Southeast U.S.

CHICAGO — Ryerson Holding Corporation, a value-added processor and distributor of industrial metals, announced Wednesday that it acquired Fanello Industries, a privately-owned metal service company located in Lavonia, GA. Fanello is a processor and service provider that supplies blanking, stamping, laser cutting, bending, and machining metal solutions to a diverse group of industries in the Southeastern U.S. The company employs approximately 150 people and has annual revenue of approximately $20 million.
