Kimball Midwest announced Friday that it was recognized for its workforce training and education efforts for the fifth time as part of Chief Learning Officer’s 15th “LearningElite Awards.”
The Ohio-based distributor was one of 32 organizations honored during the ceremony on Thursday. The awards program evaluates companies nationwide based on leadership development, technology adoption, executive support and other metrics.
“By investing in development opportunities that align with both personal growth and business goals, we empower our associates to thrive in their careers and contribute meaningfully to our shared future,” Kimball Midwest Director of Sales Development Kate Callison said in a statement.
The company ranks at no. 30 on ID’s 2025 Big 50 list.
