RS was again named among the top 100 “Inspiring Workplaces” in North America this year, company officials said Monday.
The company was recognized for the third consecutive year and jumped up 40 spots from its spot last year's list up to no. 27 this year.
The awards, selected by an “independent expert judging panel,” aim to recognize employers that build “cultures rooted in trust, inclusion, wellbeing, and a meaningful employee experience.”
“At RS, belonging is built into everything we do," D'Mar Phillips, the vice president of people and culture at RS Americas, said in a statement. "We believe that our people are the beating heart of our business and are vital to keeping our global business moving forward.”
RS Americas ranked at no. 21 on ID’s most recent Big 50 list.
