Metals supplier and distributor Ryerson this week announced a series of leadership appointments that officials said would advance the “strategic integration” of Olympic Steel.
The appointments include Mark Silver as executive vice president and chief legal and risk officer; Frank Williams as chief information officer, Richard Manson as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Olympic; Daniel Rosenberg as chief of staff; and Brian Seeley as president of Ryerson Advanced Processing.
Ryerson and Olympic closed on their merger in February; the deal makes the business the second largest metals service center in North America.
"These leadership changes are an important step in ensuring we are fully aligned as one organization and maximizing synergies and the full potential of our recent merger with Olympic Steel,” Ryerson CEO Eddie Lehner said in the announcement.
