Border States Vice President of Industrial Solutions Shane Kerska has officially retired, the North Dakota-based distributor announced Tuesday.

The company originally disclosed Kerska’s plans to retire in January, when it promoted Vice President of Procurement Richelle Bishoff to succeed him in industrial solutions.

Kerska spent more than 32 years at Border States overall.

“When I first got behind the wheel of a delivery truck as a part-time driver in 1993, I never could have imagined I would have so many opportunities at Border States,” Kerska said in a statement.
