Border States announced Monday that it has promoted its vice president for procurement to lead its industrial solutions.
Richelle Bishoff succeeds Shane Kerska as the North Dakota distributor’s vice president for industrial solutions ahead of Kerska’s retirement at the end of March. Bishoff, a more than 15-year veteran at Border States, has held “multiple” supply chain roles across inventory, sourcing and costing in addition to her current position. She also serves as deputy chair of the company’s leadership council.
“I’m so excited to partner with our talented employee-owners in this new capacity as we continue to deliver a seamless experience for our customers,” Bishoff said in the announcement. “Border States is a fantastic organization, and while I feel fortunate to have been a part of it over the last 15 years, I’m even more excited about what our future holds.”
The company came in at no. 20 on ID’s latest Big 50 list.
