ARG Industrial has promoted Regional Sales Manager Gordy Burks to be the company’s new director of sales, officials announced Tuesday.
The Alaska distributor said that Burks has worked closely with its branches, sales teams, customers and vendors across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest since joining the company. His career in distribution and sales spans 24 years in total.
"I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our people in this new role. We have an amazing team at ARG, and I'm excited about what we're building together,” Burks said in the announcement. “My goal is to help our people succeed, strengthen the relationships that have made ARG successful, and continue raising the bar for how we serve our customers and grow our company.”
ARG operates four locations in Alaska and nine branches across Idaho, Oregon and Washington state.
