The president of Sonepar subsidiary North Coast Electric has retired after nearly five years leading the business and more than 40 years at the company overall.

Sonepar originally announced in January that Cory McCulloch would depart the Seattle-based subsidiary this spring in a statement appointing Vice President for Construction Sales and Operations Eric Genoway as his successor.

“During his tenure, Cory played an instrumental role in building North Coast into the thriving organization it is today,” Sonepar Americas President Rob Taylor said in a statement. “His dedication, vision, and leadership have left an enduring legacy, fostering strong relationships with customers, employees and partners alike.”

“I have been privileged to experience 40 incredible years building a tremendous business — guided by two family owners and surrounded by some of the most talented people in the industry,” McCulloch said. “With the right leadership in place, I’m confident North Coast will continue to thrive, grow, and remain true to the culture and dedication that have always defined us.”
