XJ Technologies (Hampton, NJ) unveiled the AnyLogic version 6.6 simulation modeling tool. Manufacturing and logistics specialists already appreciate building discrete event simulations via drag and drop. Now transportation modelers can use the new Road Traffic Library, which will allow them to quickly model complex vehicle traffic. Combined with existing Pedestrian and Rail libraries, this makes AnyLogic a full-spectrum transportation modeling environment. System dynamics and agent modelers will benefit from a more intuitive GUI and improved modeling wizards.
