Maspeth, NY-based AWISCO, a supplier of industrial gases, welding, safety and industrial supplies in the tri-state area has announced the acquisition of Nyrock Machine & Tool Crop, based in Nyack, NY, roughly 30 miles south on the west end of Long Island.
Under the deal, effective July 1, Nyrock and its three employees now operate as a division of AWISCO, offering industrial gases and supplies and metal fabricating tooling and equipment.
AWISCO was founded in 1981 and has seven stores located in the tri-state region.
