RG Group, headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, is proud to announce the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 certification for the 15 Flour Mill Road West location in February, 2012. RG Group successfully passed the audit of its quality management system by QMI SAI Global. ISO certification is another way in which RG Group continues to strengthen the organization with a focus towards providing exceptional quality services to customers.
The ISO 9001:2008 standards are internationally recognized and used by service and manufacturing organizations to create a standardized QMS (quality management system) that is continuously evaluated to ensure conformity to the principles of quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
