Bossard Group reached sales of CHF 119.4 million, an increase of 32.2 % in local currencies. All three sales areas again reported double digit growth. Given the weaker Euro and U.

ZUG, Switzerland -- The positive sales trend in the first half of the year continued throughout the third quarter of 2010. Bossard Group reached sales of CHF 119.4 million, an increase of 32.2 % in local currencies. All three sales areas again reported double digit growth. Given the weaker Euro and U.S. dollar, sales growth expressed in Swiss francs was 5.2 percentage points lower at 27 %.

Thus in the first nine months of the current business year Bossard Group reached sales of CHF 363.5 million. Compared to the prior year this is an increase of 25 % in local currencies. In Swiss francs sales were up 21.2 %.
Prospects

Given the sales development during the first nine months of the year, the company expects sales for the entire year to be in the region of CHF 470 million. The Group's good profitability continued in the third quarter of 2010, so that we will clearly surpass the record result of CHF 32.4 million set up in 2008.
