When delivered, the new water heater is placed, readied for connection and the old heater is taken away. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
"When a water heater goes out in a hotel, restaurant, hospital or another place that must have hot water 24 hours a day, those users can't wait until someone else's normal business hours for a replacement. Restaurants need hot water for dishwashing and hotel guests expect hot water for their showers," Bohannon said.
