Summit Electric Supply Wins Pair Of Marketing Awards

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Summit Electric Supply has won two marketing awards in the national electrical industry's annual marketing competition. Summit won in the $200 million+ company size category in the areas of merchandising and integrated promotional campaign. Specifically, the merchandising award recognized the significant branded remodeling of both Summit's Albuquerque and Fort Worth, Texas, service centers; the integrated promotional campaign award recognized the comprehensive components of a marketing effort that promoted low smoke, zero halogen marine cable - a new product line specific to Summit's marine division based in New Orleans.

The "2011 Best of the Best Marketing Awards Competition" was held in Chicago on Aug. 15 at the National Association of Electrical Distributors' AdVenture Electrical Marketing Conference.
