Winsupply announced Tuesday that it has added a new “local company” subsidiary in North Carolina — its third announced in the Tar Heel State this year.
Winsupply Kernersville NC, which opened its doors in April, provides HVAC products to the area’s contractors from a 10,000-square-foot storefront. Winsupply officials said the location would expand its reach in the “Mount Airy, Lexington and Triad markets,” which include Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point; Kernersville, in particular, is located between Winston-Salem and Greensboro and, officials said, offers “a strong list of construction and subdivision projects.”
"We are excited to bring our talents and knowledge to the market to help our customers succeed," Winsupply Kernersville NC President Chris Jones said in a statement.
Local companies are subsidiaries that are majority-owned by Winsupply with stakes owned by the leaders of those particular businesses. The company earlier this year announced the additions of Winsupply of North Wilmington — another North Carolina HVAC subsidiary — and plumbing and HVAC provider Winsupply Clayton NC.
The new facility expects to host a grand opening event this fall.
