BlackHawk Industrial recognized Kennametal and PIP as the winners of its annual Supplier Performance Awards at the distributor’s summit in Oklahoma City, the company announced Thursday.
Kennametal received the Supplier Summit Award for 2025, while PIP took home BlackHawk’s Supplier Excellence Award.
The awards recognize BlackHawk Industrial suppliers based on growth, collaboration and field engagement throughout the year. Nominees are evaluated for their field and marketing support, account management, communication, supply chain performance, and “commitment to long-term growth and continuous improvement,” the company said.
“Our success is fueled by strong supplier partnerships, and Kennametal and PIP exemplify what it means to go above and beyond,” BlackHawk President and CEO John Mark said in a statement. “Their commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration strengthens our ability to serve customers at the highest level.”
BlackHawk ranked at no. 23 on ID’s annual Big 50 list.
