Controls and automation distributor H.H. Barnum announced Monday that it was recognized as one of USA Today’s “Top Workplaces” for the fourth consecutive year in 2025.
The awards are based on the results of confidential employee surveys conducted by HR research firm Energage. Barnum officials said that more than 90% of its employees participated in the 2025 survey, and that the company received “Top Workplace” badges in 11 out of a possible 12 categories, including employee appreciation, innovation and work-life balance.
“The responses from our employees show that the family culture we’ve worked hard to build has paid off,” H.H. Barnum CEO Ed Koza said in a statement. “We’re very proud to be a company that puts our people first.”
