In response to a shift in corporate strategy and product expansion over the last several years, Long Island-NY-based Mercer Abrasives has been renamed Mercer Industries. A new website has been launched which prominently features the quality, breadth, and selection of the new Mercer Industries.

To truly reflect our broad and ever increasing product selection, our company name has changed to Mercer Industries. While the name has changed, our purpose and commitment remain the same.”
“Mercer is not just about abrasives anymore”, says Ryan Trimble, Mercer product manager. “Our product portfolio continues to expand into new categories, such as carbide blades, diamond blades and safety products.
