Glenview, IL-based Optimas OE Solutions announced Thursday that Anesa Chaibi has been appointed as the company's new chief executive officer and board member, effective immediately. Chaibi takes over the CEO role previously held by Ian Clarke, who led the company since June 2015.
Chaibi was president and CEO of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, where her and her team grew revenue from $840 million to $2.5 billion over the span of a decade starting in September 2005. Prior to that, she held various positions at General Electric for 16 years. She also serves on the board of directors for Regal Beloit.
Optimas is a global provider of integrated supply chain solutions and engineered support, delivering custom fasteners and other C-Class components to its customer base of large-to-small industrial companies.
