MiddleGround Capital announced Thursday that it has promoted Dinesh Vasandani to a position as managing director.
Vasandani joined the private equity firm in 2023 as a director on its operations team. He previously served as a senior executive of manufacturing operations at Boeing and as a manager of assembly operations at Toyota.
He will report to Founding Partner and COO Scot Duncan and be based at MiddleGround’s Lexington, Kentucky, headquarters.
“Since joining MiddleGround a few years ago, Dinesh has consistently demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and deep expertise in lean operations management,” MiddleGround Founding and Managing Partner John Stewart said in a statement. “His promotion reflects not only his strong technical experience but also his leadership in guiding management teams through complex operational challenges.”
