Graybar announced Monday that two longtime company leaders would retire from the electrical and industrial distributor early next year.
Dennis DeSousa, the company’s chief of staff and a member of its board of directors, will retire April 1 after nearly four decades with Graybar, while Senior Vice President of Sales Ellen Rebne will retire after 36 years at the beginning of the new year.
“Dennis DeSousa and Ellen Rebne have set a remarkable example of commitment and leadership, and we thank them for their outstanding contributions,” Graybar Chairman, President and CEO Kathleen Mazzarella said in a statement. “Looking forward, strong leadership will continue to drive our long-term growth and transformation.”
The company also announced a series of promotions on Monday, including Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management Andy Ipson, who will take on a role as senior vice president of sales. In addition, Director, Business Development Regis Ganley will become vice president, market development, Director, Business Development W. Russell Wood will become vice president, category management, and Director, Inventory Management and Optimization Paul Steckler will become vice president, investment and inventory management.
