A&M Industrial Announces Merger with Boro Supply Company

The merger adds a North Jersey hub featuring a machinery showroom and an extensive inventory of cutting tools and abrasives.

A&M Industrial has merged with Boro Supply Company, an industrial distributor headquartered in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Boro Supply has built a reputation for over 30 years as a provider of metalworking machinery and accessories. The existing Boro Supply Fair Lawn location will serve as the North Jersey hub for A&M, featuring a machinery showroom and an extensive inventory of cutting tools and abrasives.

“Boro Supply, like A&M, has distinguished itself as an organization with an unwavering commitment to the success of their customers," says resident David Young, president of A&M Industrial. "Joining forces enables us to offer customers a convenient North Jersey hub, as well as broader range of industrial products and inventory management services.”

A&M Industrial Inc., headquartered in Rahway, New Jersey, is a full line industrial supplier operating a 160,000-square foot distribution center in Cranbury, New Jersey and sales offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The company offers a complete line of MRO products, with expertise in metalworking applications, safety, PPE and ergonomic products, material handling and storage equipment, and PVF and fabricated hose assemblies. Last year, A&M launched its AIM (Automated Inventory Management) service platform to assist customers by streamlining the procurement and inventory management functions.
