Midland Industries has acquired Indiana industrial and electrical supplier Pegasus Supply Group, company officials announced Thursday.

Pegasus and its subsidiaries provide cable ties, wire harnesses, heat shrink products, MRO supplies and other products, as well as value-added services including wire harness and cable assembly and custom cutting and marking. Midland officials said that the deal would add Pegasus' “highly complementary” connection products to its portfolio of fittings, valves, hose and other flow control offerings.

Pegasus operates facilities in suburban Indianapolis and Toronto. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Pegasus expands both what we can offer our customers and the markets and applications we can support," Midland CEO Mark Roszkowski said in the announcement. "Its product expertise, value-added capabilities, and customer-focused approach are highly complementary to Midland.”
