Fire protection supplier Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co. and flow control distributor ASC Engineered Solutions have merged into a new company known as Reliable Safety & Flow Corp., officials announced.
RSFC said that it would offer one of the industry’s “most comprehensive portfolios of integrated safety and flow systems,” including sprinklers, connections, valves and fittings, structural support solutions, and digital design and planning tools.
Company leaders said the combined business would help meet growing demand amid accelerating, and increasingly complex, infrastructure investment.
“Projects are more complex, schedules are tighter, and the built world need partners who can solve more than one piece of the system,” CEO Jason Hild said in a statement. “Reliable Safety & Flow brings together two strong companies with the scale, expertise and commitment to innovate around those challenges.”
The company said that existing contracts with Reliable and ASC would remain in effect, and that its customers should not expect to see interruptions as a result of the merger. Both reliablesprinkler.com and asc-es.com would remain active, the company said.
