NetPlus Alliance Member Sales Up 11.2% Year-To-Date

Purchases from NetPlus suppliers has been consistent this year with growth of 11 percent in the first quarter and 11.4 percent in the second quarter.

LOCKPORT, NY — NetPlus Alliance, a North American industrial and contractor supplies buying group, has grown its purchase volume by 11.2 percent year-to-date, the group recently reported.

Purchases from NetPlus suppliers has been consistent this year, with growth of 11 percent in the first quarter and 11.4 percent in the second quarter.

“Our group continues to outperform 2016, reflecting growing strength in industrial and construction markets,” said Dan Judge, NetPlus Alliance Chairman and CFO. “We are looking forward to building on the success of all of our members and preferred suppliers in the second half of this year.”

This above-average growth comes on the heels of a strong year in 2016, where the group saw a year-over-year increase of 7.5%. The group also continues to grow, adding 18 new distributor members and 12 new suppliers through August 2017.

Building on that momentum, NetPlus Alliance’s fourth Annual Meeting is at capacity, with 114 distributor companies registered and 120 suppliers attending. The meeting, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Al Bates of Profit Planning Group and special guest retired NASCAR driver Rusty Wallace, will be Oct. 8-10 in Orlando, FL.

“I’m excited that this year’s meeting will be our biggest yet, bringing together our distributor members and preferred suppliers in one place for one-on-one meetings, trainings and social events for networking,” said Jennifer Murphy, president of NetPlus Alliance.

Founded in September 2002, the group’s distributor membership represents total annual sales of $18 billion.
