Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey has had a devastating impact on countless people and businesses in Houston and the greater southeast Texas Gulf Coast. It will continue to impact more as the storm makes its way further inland to Louisiana and beyond.
The region is the country's largest hub for oil and gas operations and is a hotbed for industrial distribution businesses large and small, many of which are currently dealing with considerable flooding and a plethora of logistical issues as the storm has dumped essentially a years' worth of rain over the area and continues to do so.
