Stafford (Wilmington, MA) unveiled custom manufactured shaft collars to meet specific OEM requirements and reduce the need for multiple parts. Designed to enhance part functionality, they can feature one-piece, two-piece, hinged, and set-screw styles and are available in many sizes, materials, and finishes. Ranging from 1/8” to 13” I.D., dimensional tolerances of <0.001” and run-out and concentricity of <0.001” T.I.R. can be produced, depending upon configuration. The custom-manufactured shaft collars are supplied in single-to production quantities.
