Charlotte, NC - noax Technologies offers customers the ability to use their completely functioning industrial PC in temperatures down to -30°C (-22°F). The development was made possible by combining powerful components and state-of-the-art technology. New noax industrial computers can accommodate a range of applications in consistently frosty environments including indoor/outdoor food processing, agriculture and forestry, tunnel building and mining and much more.  These industrial computers feature numerous components developed specifically for use in extreme sub-zero temperatures. An automotive hard drive was developed as a storage medium for use in this temperature range, and upon request, the IPCs are available with an SSD. Additional components also combat extreme temperatures including the backlit LED displays, providing full brightness from the start, even at temperatures far below zero. Unlike standard displays, which can require up to 15 minutes warming up, noax Industrial PCs are fully functional immediately, saving users time and money. As expected, the computers are completely sealed with IP65 (NEMA 4) and IP69k (NEMA 6) protection ratings and can withstand powerful jolts and shocks due to their durable construction. At the end of the manufacturing process, every sub-zero noax IPC goes through a testing and qualification phase in a controlled -30°C (-22°F) cabinet. As a result, noax customers are guaranteed that the IPC's electronics function without problems in these extreme temperatures.
