Graybar Settles Suit Against Former CFO

D. Beatty D’Alessandro allegedly took confidential computer files and trade secrets when he left the company and may have passed that information on to his new employer.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Graybar has settled the lawsuit against their former CFO Beatty D'Alessandro. D. Beatty D’Alessandro allegedly took confidential computer files and trade secrets when he left the company and may have passed that information on to his new employer.

The lawsuit was filed back in April in U.S. District Court in St. Louis. Graybar was seeking the return of “confidential, proprietary and trade secret data."

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

In a one-line statement August 30th, Graybar said the lawsuit has been settled. "Today, Graybar settled the lawsuit it brought against its former CFO Beatty D’Alessandro, on terms mutually acceptable to both parties."
