HOUSTON — MRC Global Inc. announced that its subsidiary, MRC Global (US) Inc., has signed an agreement to be the primary global provider of valve and valve products and services to ExxonMobil. The agreement includes all of ExxonMobil's global projects and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO). Initial implementation focused on the downstream U.S. business unit, followed by the European Union and, the most recently added, Asia Pacific region.
