Columbus, OH-based FCX Performance, a distributor of specialty process flow control products and services, has announced changes to its executive leadership team.
Recent key executive appointments include:
Jody Linnig was promoted to senior vice president of sales, leading the entire sales and sales operations organization. A 25-year veteran of FCX and predecessor companies, Linnig has held a number of senior leadership positions, most recently Midwest Division president. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business operations from DeVry University.
Brian J. Miller, CPA, was promoted to chief financial officer, responsible for leading the finance and accounting teams and contributing to acquisition and growth initiatives. Prior to joining FCX in 2012, Miller was a senior manager for Assurance Services with GBQ Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, accounting from Ohio University.
Steven M. Stone, Midwest Division president, joined FCX following more than 18 years with Graybar Electric Company, a Fortune 500 logistics and supply chain company, where he held multiple leadership and executive roles. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh, a Supply Chain Management Certificate from Rutgers University Camden School of Business and is a General Management Program graduate of Harvard Business School.
Brian Richter has been promoted to vice president of business services, responsible for both the sales and integration of FCX’s expanded service capabilities, reflecting the company’s strong service and repair commitment to customers. A 20-year veteran of FCX, Richter has held a number of positions, most recently vice president of operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, finance from The Ohio State University.

FCX has acquired four companies since mid-2016, extending its footprint to 37 states and expanding its portfolio of highly specialized products and services. FCX is No. 31 on Industrial Distribution's Big 50 List.
