ROCHESTER, NY — Supply chain expertise provider Horizon Solutions is has announced that Mr. Scott Wilson has accepted the position of Director, Industrial/Safety Products and Services. Scott started his career in Distribution in 1993 at RERO Distribution, a precursor founding company of Horizon Solutions. In the intervening years, Scott has developed a broad background in multiple departments and job functions within Horizon.
Most recently, Scott managed Horizon’s Supply Chain programs in New York State. He has spent significant time customer facing, developing customer programs and selling services. He has been heavily involved with industry organizations such as the Young Executives Forum (YEF) through Industrial Supply Association (ISA) and the Product Committee at Affiliated Distributors (AD). Scott graduated with a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and received his Master’s Degree in 2007, also from RIT.
