QXO CEO Brad Jacobs said Monday that he will step down as chairman at two other companies in order to focus on the building products distributor.
Jacobs said in a statement that relinquishing his roles as chairman at freight provider XPO and logistics firm GXO will allow him to “dedicate even more energy to QXO and Jacobs Private Equity.”
Jacobs will remain at XPO in a senior advisor role through June.
“We intend to grow QXO into a $50 billion revenue leader in building products distribution through accretive acquisitions and organic growth,” Jacobs said. “XPO and GXO are in excellent shape and their prospects are very bright.”
