Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced today that Andy Waring, Sonepar USA CFO, has been named the new central region president, effective July 15.
Jérôme Baniol, SVP finance for Sonepar Asia Pacific, will become the new SVP of finance for Sonepar USA. Jérôme graduated from Reims Business School in 1993 and has held senior financial roles in several global distribution companies in France and the UK, most notably as CFO for Rexel’s France and Southern Europe Zone and Group CFO of Vivarte, a European retailer.
“Andy has been a huge contributor to the success of our organization over the last 30 years,” said Rob Taylor, Sonepar USA president. “I look forward to working with both him and Jerome in their new roles.”
