DXP Enterprises announced Monday that it has acquired an Ohio seller of water storage tanks and an Oklahoma provider of fluid handling pump systems.
The additions of Washington Court House, Ohio-based Mid Atlantic Storage Systems and Tulsa-based PREMIERflow, DXP officials said, would bolster the capabilities and geographic footprint of its Innovative Pumping Solutions business. Mid Atlantic serves the water, wastewater, data center and fire suppression markets, while PREMIERflow’s systems are used by fire protection, water, data center and HVAC process customers.
“Each company provides DXP with exceptional project capabilities that will enhance our efforts and our ability to collaborate and serve our customers as well as grow our existing platforms,” DXP CEO David Little said in a statement. “These acquisitions are consistent with our growth strategy and demonstrate our commitment to expanding DXP into varied end markets, as well as maintaining our leading position as the largest distributor of rotating equipment in North America.”
The newly added companies combined for nearly $94 million in sales and $21 million in adjusted EBITDA in the 11 months ending in November, DXP said. The deals add 185 employees combined to DXP’s workforce.
DXP funded the transactions with cash from its balance sheet. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The announcements follow five acquisitions by DPX in 2025. The Houston company ranked at no. 17 on ID’s latest Big 50.
