ABC Supply has acquired the assets of South Texas masonry and building product distributor Martini Brick Sales Inc., the company announced.
Corpus Christi-based Martini Brick Sales, established in 1957, provides brick, block, stone, milled stone, faux stone, cast stone and anchorage and drainage products, along with angle iron and fireplace construction components.
The business will continue to operate under the Martini Brick Sales name and retain its current staff. The company’s current leader, ABC officials said, would also remain as a “business development manager.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Martini Brick Sales has earned the trust of contractors and builders in Corpus Christi through decades of expertise and strong customer relationships,” ABC Supply Southwest Region Vice President Matt Belcher said in a statement. “Our goal is simple: continue delivering the service, expertise and products customers rely on every day while providing additional resources and support to help the team serve the market even better.”
