Hydradyne — No. 42 on Industrial Distribution's 2016 Big 50 List — announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Orlando, FL-based Hydraulic House Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
Hydraulic House is a Parker Truck Center offering Parker hydraulic components, a full line of Parker fluid connector products and in-house service and repair for all brands of hydraulic equipment. Hydraulic House also has a branch in Dothan, AL.
Fort Worth, TX-based Hydradyne currently operates 35 branches in 11 states and is one of Parker's largest national distributors.
