ERIKS Acquires Klaus Technische Of Germany

Klaus supplies a general assortment of industrial products and components, especially industrial hoses and accessories, seals, tools and pumps to OEM and MRO customers. The transaction will strengthen ERIKS Hessen’s position in the important industrial area around Frankfurt considerably.

ERIKS, through its subsidiary ERIKS Hessen GmbH, acquired the main assets and commercial activities of technical distribution company Klaus Technische Grosshandlung GmbH, Hanau (near Frankurt in Germany). The acquisition was completed on 1 April 2013.

This business supplies a general assortment of industrial products and components, especially industrial hoses and accessories, seals, tools and pumps to OEM and MRO customers. The transaction will strengthen ERIKS Hessen’s position in the important industrial area around Frankfurt considerably.

All Klaus activities as well as the Klaus workforce will be integrated immediately into ERIKS Hessen GmbH, Dietzenbach.
