Hillman Solutions Corp. has announced its Q3 financial results, citing a net sales increase of 7.7% to $457.5 million.

Despite the sales bump, Hillman saw net income slide – from 23.2 million in the prior year quarter ($0.12 per diluted share) to $6.3 million in Q3 ‘26 ($0.03 per diluted share).

The company made some changes to its guidance, reaffirming its expectations for full-year adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow guidance while narrowing its net sales range “given the macro environment.”

According to CEO Jon Michael Adinolfi, the Q3 result “reflects the continued execution of Hillman’s Blueprint for Strategic Growth.

“We continue to deliver net sales growth and strong free cash flow generation that give us the flexibility to invest into attractive opportunities, like our high-margin Robotics and Digital Solutions segment - which had a great quarter, up 19.2%.”

Adinolfi also pointed to the company’s completion of the acquisition of Kanebridge, a leading master distributor of industrial fasteners.

Adinolfi said the Kanebridge acquisition was “off to a great start,” and accelerates momentum in the Pro business, “establishing our position as a long-tail master distributor in the U.S. industrial market.”
