United Rentals To Acquire BakerCorp For $715M; Announces October CFO Succession: United Rentals will acquire fellow global equipment rental supplier BakerCorp, which has more than 4,800 customers in North America and Europe across 57 locations, while the company announced that CFO William Plummer will retire Oct. 12 and named his successor.
