Crestview, FL - Bay State Cable Ties is celebrating 15 years of service. Bay State Cable Ties is located in Crestview, Florida, where the company produces more than 28 types, colors, and sizes of cable ties, including the patented EZ-Off™ tie, all backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Bay State Cable Ties products exceed UL and military requirements for tensile strength, insertion, and application testing, and meet the appropriate vital quality certifications such as UL 1565, UL 62275, UL 2043, UL 181, and Mil-Spec approval. Bay State Cable Ties continues to grow its business by adding new products and services, and is planning an expansion next year. In 2014 the company will add 10,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility in Crestview, bringing the total size to 60,000 square feet and boosting production capacity by 30%. The expansion is also expected to create 20 new jobs.

Bay State Cable Ties was founded in 1998. Growth has occurred through acquisition as well as through development of new products and services. Acquisitions included AME—which specialized in security products—in 2004, Fitzmark, which specialized in hot stamping of cable ties—in 2005, and Technology Plastics—a custom molder of fastener, medical, retail and telecom products—in 2008.
