F.W. Webb Company announced Tuesday that it has added Donato Berardi as the company’s new general counsel.
The Massachusetts-based distributor — no. 12 on ID’s latest Big 50 list — said that Berardi would handle “most legal matters” for the company, including distributor agreements, real estate acquisitions and financing, confidentiality agreements, and liens.
He previously served as managing director and head of U.S. legal at life sciences holding company BICO Group.
“As our company opens locations, scales operations, and adds to our talented team, Don’s experience will be instrumental in guiding us forward,” F.W. Webb COO Bob Mucciarone said in a statement.
