In a recent video from sales process engineering provider Ballistix, CEO Justin Roff-Marsh outlines a “shockingly effective” approach to selling into project environments.
Roff-Marsh argues that sales reps typically follow “people to projects,” but that they should actually take the exact opposite route. Doing so, however, requires a radical redesign of your organization’s front-of-house.
