Distribution Solutions Group announced Monday that it has closed on its acquisition of GradeEight Holdings, the parent of MRO distributor Winzer and industrial supply retailer FastServ Supply.
DSG originally announced its agreement to acquire GradeEight earlier this month. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Winzer includes a network of over 270 franchisees serving about 12,000 customers nationwide, while FastServ operates brick-and-mortar locations in Texas and Arkansas. The business generates “approximately $110 million in annual sales,” DSG officials said in its mid-October announcement.
DSG — which remains in the process of a go-private deal with its largest stakeholder — is the no. 16 company on ID’s newest Big 50 List.
