Hillman announced Monday that it has acquired Georgia door hardware supplier Delaney Hardware — the hardware and fastener distributor’s second acquisition this month.

Delaney provides door hardware to builders, contractors and building-product distributors in the Southeast and across the U.S., including entry locksets, deadbolts, door handles, digital and smart locks, and related builder’s hardware. Hillman officials said the move would expand its presence in the distribution channel for professional builders and contractors.

“Delaney is a well-respected regional distributor whose products expand our growing pro distribution capabilities adding both door hardware and builder’s hardware,” James Daly, Hillman’s senior vice president for its pro operations, said in a statement. “We are confident that we can leverage Hillman’s core competencies together with Delaney’s pro distribution platform to drive profitable growth in the pro channel.”

Hillman expects the deal to add more than $10 million in net sales from the deal in its 2026 fiscal year. Additional details, including financial terms, were not disclosed.

Hillman last week also announced its acquisition of industrial chain supplier Campbell Chain & Fittings; that move, the company said, aimed to bolster its positions in the MRO market.
